Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to permanently delete your NavHealth.ai account (com.biomarkai.android) and all associated health data. You can do this yourself inside the app, or request it by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (instant)

  1. Open NavHealth.ai and sign in.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to Data & Privacy and tap “Delete All My Data.”
  4. Confirm in the dialog. You'll be asked to re-authenticate for security.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account and health data — it cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email support@navhealth.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account and data.” We verify ownership of the account email, then delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in (Google/Firebase authentication).
  • Your health profile — demographics, conditions, medications, supplements, family history, and health goals.
  • Biomarker and lab-result data, and AI-generated health summaries.
  • Uploaded lab-report files (PDFs/images) in our storage.
  • Chat conversations and any cached data on your device.

What may be retained

We may keep a minimal, non-identifying deletion audit record (e.g., that a deletion occurred and when) for security and legal compliance, and aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you. These contain no personal health information.
