We collect information you provide directly, including your Google account email, uploaded lab reports, and health profile data you enter voluntarily.
Your data is used solely to provide AI-powered biomarker interpretations and personalized health insights. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We encrypt your data in transit using TLS/HTTPS (with certificate pinning in our mobile apps) and at rest. Health data cached on your device is stored in an encrypted database, and sensitive profile fields are additionally encrypted on our servers. Access is restricted to your authenticated account, and we never sell your data.
Because we generate AI interpretations of your results, your data is processed in readable form on our secured servers — we do not provide end-to-end (client-only) encryption that would prevent us from processing it to deliver your insights.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → “Delete All My Data”), or by request — see our account deletion page. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Session data is retained for up to 90 days to support trend analysis unless you delete your account sooner.
We use Google Authentication for sign-in and Google Cloud for data processing. These services have their own privacy policies.
